Ways to register:
- You can register online for all summer youth camps (be sure to read the caveats below).
- You can register online for all family camps.
- You can download the registration forms for summer youth camps, family camps and all retreats, then print them off and mail/fax them in.
NOTE: Camp scholarship registrations can only be completed by mail. Send a completed registration form, financial assistance form and an initial $50 payment.
Camp Coupons: Trout Lake Camps offer a limited number of camp coupons to supporting churches. If you have a coupon, enter the validation code from the front of the coupon in the appropriate field, then subtract the coupon amount from the payment you submit.
Church Scholarships: If you have been granted a scholarship from your church or your church has agreed to pay a portion of your camp fee, please enter the validation code received from your church, then enter this amount in the appropriate field and subtract the amount from the total fee you submit. Your church will be billed for this amount.
Extra Payments: If you are ordering a photo, DVD or depositing money into your child's camp account, be aware that these fees will be charged when your application is processed. If you prefer to wait until the week of camp, please do not select these options now. You will also have an opportunity to make these purchases when you arrive at camp.
Determining Payment: To determine the total fee due, take the camp fee and add additional items, then subtract discounts, church payments or scholarship amounts. Be aware that the amount charged when your application is processed may be different from the amount you submit. Horsemanship fees are not charged if space is unavailable.
After Registering: You will receive an e-mail detailing the registration you submitted. Your registration will then be processed and accepted in the order received. Be aware that this may take a few days during peak time periods. Shortly after your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail. This written registration confirmation will list actual charges and serve as your registration receipt. If your camp week is filled, you will automatically be registered for your second or third choice. If all your choices are filled, you will be contacted by a camp staff member.
